Accepted payment methods are credit card, PayPal, Satispay, Scalapay or cash on delivery.

You can redeem a promotional code by entering it directly in the “Do you have a discount code?” section on the order confirmation page. Then remember to click “Apply.”

Shipments to Italy are made within 2 working days of the order (excluding weekends) via our courier BRT.

Shipments to Europe are made within 4-5 business days of the order (excluding weekends) via our UPS courier.

Shipments to the rest of the world have varying timelines depending on the country via our UPS courier.

Shipping to Italy and Europe is free for orders over €100.

Shipping to Italy costs €7.

In Europe, shipping costs €7. Outside Europe, shipping costs vary by country and customs fees are always charged.

Italy: the first return is free within 15 business days. Fill out the paper return form inside the package and use the TNT label, included in the package, for return shipping. Call the courier to schedule a pickup where you want it (you'll find the number on the return form). You do not need to fill out any online forms on the site.

Overseas: returns can be made within 15 business days. You are responsible for return shipping.

Scalapay: When the return is processed and approved, the amount of the installments already paid will be refunded to you by Scalapay, and the remaining installments will be cancelled. For more details, see Scalapay customer service.

PayPal: If you used PayPal to pay in installments, PayPal will proceed with refunding the installments already paid, while future installments will be cancelled. Check PayPal's terms and conditions for additional information.

To find out the correct size of our products, we suggest you click on the “Size Scale” button available on each product page, here you can compare your measurements, obtained with a dressmaker's tape measure, with the details provided in our size chart.

To add an item to your favorites, click on the star icon located in the upper right corner of the product image. To view your favorites, you can click on the corresponding icon, which you will always find in the upper right corner of every page on our site.

The PinUp Stars E-Gift Card is a gift certificate that you can purchase directly on our website and email to the recipient of your choice. Here's how it works:

• Select the amount of the gift card from the available options: 50€, 100€, 150€, 200€ or 250€.
• Proceed with the order confirmation as you would for any other product.
• The gift card will be emailed to the person you wish to give the gift to.

It is a quick and easy way to give a special gift to someone you love!

As soon as the order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. After that, the tracking of the order will pass into the hands of our courier who will send you an email with the code for tracking the shipment.
