Shipping in Italy
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays) via BRT courier.

Shipping to Europe
Orders are shipped within 2 business days via UPS.

Delivery usually takes place within 2–3 business days of shipment.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
International Shipping (non-EU)
Orders destined for countries outside Europe are shipped within 3 business days via UPS.
Delivery generally takes place within 5 business days of shipment. Shipping
costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination country.
Note: Customs duties and import taxes are always the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Notice for Orders to the U.S.
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States has eliminated the de minimis rule, which previously provided for exemption from customs duties on imported goods. Consequently, all shipments to the United States,
even those valued at $800 or less, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees. These costs will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.
