If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return of items purchased online within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.
However, for the return to be approved, the items must be returned:
• In their original condition
• With tags and labels attached
• With the protective liner intact
• With the original packaging, if applicable
All items are inspected upon receipt.
You are responsible for the merchandise until it reaches our warehouse. Be sure to pack your return securely to prevent damage to the items or boxes. We are
not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
Returns from Italy
From Italy, a return can be requested to obtain:
• Refund
• A product replacement, subject to availability
If requesting a replacement:
If the new product you choose is priced lower than the original product, we will refund the difference via the same payment method used during checkout;
if the new product is priced higher, you can pay the difference via cash on delivery to the courier or via a PayPal link.
If requesting a refund:
As soon as we receive the return and confirm that the items are intact and in good condition, we will refund the amount due.
The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with the customer.
The refund is processed within 7 business days of verifying the returned items.
Actual credit times may vary depending on the payment method used and the processing times of the banking system or credit card issuer.
Return procedure from Italy
1. Fill out the return form included in the package, indicating whether you want a refund or a replacement; if you choose a replacement, specify the new product you wish to receive.
2. Place the completed form in the package along with the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Apply the shipping label found inside the package.
4. Deliver the package to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. You can drop off the package at a carrier pickup location or request a pickup at your home by contacting the number listed on the return form.
If the return form or shipping label is not included in the package, please contact our Customer Service, and we will send them to you.
The first return within Italy is free if made via our contracted courier. If you choose to use a courier of your choice, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Returns from Abroad
Returns from Europe or outside Europe can only be requested to obtain a cash refund. There is no replacement service for international shipments.

The refund will be issued in Euros, applying the current exchange rate.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Any customs duties or import taxes will be the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount.
